The Burrup Strategic Industrial Area (SIA) has available land for proponents looking to invest in the Pilbara. This SIA is planned to provide land for downstream processing projects based on the local resources, particularly natural gas.

All sites located within the Burrup SIA are connected to the port and multi-user bulk liquids jetty via the Burrup Service Corridor.
